The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) came into effect on January 1, 2004.  The purpose of the Act is to provide Canadians legal rights when personal information is collected, used or disclosed in the course of a commercial activity.  

We respect your right to privacy.  Any information that you disclose to us via our website is collected and used according to the principals of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, or other applicable legislation.  By disclosing information to us, you are consenting to our use of that information for the purposes outlined on the website.  You may at any time request to review the information that you have provided to us electronically.
